KS367HD single-drum vibratory roller is an extra-large tonnage vibratory compaction equipment.
With its ultra-large dead weight, high excitation force and deep compaction influence depth, it is mainly applied to large-scale high-grade foundation projects with extremely high requirements for compaction degree and bearing capacity.
It is capable of compacting large-thickness paving layers and large-scale high-fill projects such as hydro power stations and high-speed railways, with a rock fill compaction thickness of up to 1 meter.
Equipped with a Weichai water-cooled turbocharged engine that meets China IV emission standards, it features strong power, ample power reserve, excellent sustained performance, long service intervals, and low fuel consumption, fully complying with China IV emission requirements.
The cab adopts a fully enclosed three-stage damping structure, equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, ensuring comfortable and reliable operation.
It features an elegant and generous appearance with bright, high-grade interior trim, reaching the advanced domestic level.
The layout of control levers, steering wheel, operator seat and monitoring instruments inside the cab conforms to ergonomic principles.
The closed hydraulic system consists of well-known brand axial piston variable pumps and axial piston fixed motors.The oil flow direction at the variable pump outlet changes with the swash plate angle, enabling forward/reverse rotation of the motor output shaft to achieve dual frequency.
The left and right exciters in the front drum generate different eccentric moments when rotating forward or reversely, resulting in different vibration amplitudes, namely dual amplitude.
Dual frequency and dual amplitude enable the roller to effectively compact various materials and layers of different thicknesses.
Single-lever operation ensures high safety and low working intensity.
A new revolution in vibratory drum technology: splash lubrication + three-stage cooling system ensures continuous operation, keeping bearings stable at around 85°C.
The roller can vibrate in situ, adapting to various working conditions.
Even under heavy alternating loads, the vibratory bearings maintain outstanding performance and long-term reliability.
