High-power Cummins Powertrain, Explosive Performance for Heavy-Duty Dozing
Equipped with genuine Cummins NT855-C280 engine, it delivers a rated power of 187kW and a peak torque of 1030N·m with ample 260 horsepower reserve. The minimum fuel consumption is only 205g/kW/h, combining powerful performance with excellent fuel efficiency and long service life. Adapted to heavy-load working conditions including mines, infrastructure and large-scale earthworks, it maintains stable power output under harsh environments with extreme temperatures and heavy dust. Matched with a power-shift planetary transmission and hydraulic torque converter, it features 3 forward and 3 reverse gears, providing abundant traction for heavy loads and smooth, jitter-free gear shifting.
Multiple Blade Options for Maximized Dozing Efficiency
A 6.4m³ straight tilt blade comes as standard, with optional attachments including angle blades, U-shaped blades, rock blades and semi-U blades. The U-shaped blade boasts a maximum capacity of 7.5m³ with a theoretical peak dozing efficiency of 365m³ per hour. The blade achieves a maximum digging depth over 530mm and a large tilt adjustment range, perfectly suited for leveling, earth gathering, stripping and backfilling tasks. Single-shank and 3-shank rippers are available as optional extras; the 3-shank ripper reaches a maximum digging depth of 666mm to effortlessly break hard soil and weathered rock. One machine fulfills multiple functions: dozing, ripping and traction.
Externally Mounted Hydraulic Valve Assembly, Easy Maintenance & Low Failure Rate
The hydraulic control valves are installed outside the machine body, allowing inspection and replacement of hydraulic components without dismantling the mainframe, which greatly cuts maintenance downtime. The hydraulic system reaches a maximum working pressure of 14MPa and a flow rate of 262L/min, delivering fast, forceful responses for blade lifting, tilting and ripping operations. The travel system adopts a swing beam and balance rod suspension structure, paired with wet multi-disc steering clutches and wet brakes. Waterproof and dustproof, the brake pads suffer minimal wear during long-term outdoor operations to reduce later maintenance costs.
Robust Heavy-Duty Travel Chassis with Excellent Terrain Adaptability
With an operating weight of 23.5 tons, the machine is fitted with heavy-duty assembled single-tooth tracks. Standard 560mm wide track shoes are provided, while 610mm and 660mm wider tracks are optional. The large ground contact area prevents sinking on muddy and soft ground. Each side is equipped with 6 track rollers and 2 carrier rollers, supported by two-stage spur gear final drives and single-stage spiral bevel gear central transmission. The robust drivetrain offers outstanding load capacity, impact resistance and wear resistance, resisting damage during prolonged work on mine rubble and muddy roadbeds.
Ergonomic Hexagonal Cab, Safe, Comfortable & Panoramic View
The panoramic hexagonal cab features a spacious interior with zero blind spots, offering full visibility of the front blade and rear ripper to avoid on-site collisions. Standard heating and cooling air conditioning plus sealed noise reduction effectively relieve fatigue during long-hour continuous operation. Optional upgrades include ROPS roll-over protection frame, double-glazed sound-insulated cab and logging guard to enhance safety for high-risk mining and forestry work. A full range of optional accessories such as winches, wide tracks, oil bath air filters and enlarged water tanks make the machine ideal for all engineering scenarios including mining, forestry, municipal works and water conservancy projects.
