The machine adopts core hydraulic components from well-known brands, including Kawasaki main pump and Zhongchuan main control valve, slew motor and travel motor. Supported by load-sensing hydraulic control technology, it ensures smooth and coordinated movements during excavation, slewing and traveling. The perfectly matched hydraulic system boasts strong pressure resistance, resisting leakage and wear during long-term earthmoving work, greatly cutting later maintenance costs.

High-strength Integral Structure, Long Service Life Under Heavy-load Operations

The whole machine features a thickened high-strength welded body, with reinforced boom, arm and bucket. A standard 1m³ earthmoving bucket is fitted as standard, while an optional rock bucket is available for heavy-duty tasks such as rock crushing and hard soil excavation. The robust track chassis achieves a maximum 70% gradeability and a low ground pressure of 44.9kPa, preventing sinking on muddy and soft ground. The whole equipment is highly resistant to impact and deformation.

Comes standard with a rigid fully enclosed sound-insulated cab equipped with air conditioning. The airtight noise reduction design relieves fatigue during long-hour operation. A color LCD monitor inside the cab displays real-time rotating speed, hydraulic pressure and fault codes for easy inspection and maintenance. ROPS & FOPS anti-roll and falling-object protection structures are optional for safer high-risk operations in mines and construction sites.
