KRZ500 Cold Recycling Machine

Equipped with high-performance Weichai WP series National III EFI engine, featuring strong power and compliant exhaust emissions. The machine adopts imported Sauer-Danfoss hydraulic pumps and motors, delivering high operating efficiency and outstanding reliability. Its rotor is driven by a motor reducer with well-matched transmission structure for long service life. Fitted with an electrically controlled hydraulic valve lock, it ensures simple operation and stable performance.

It is equipped with herringbone self-cleaning deep-tread anti-slip tires to prevent slipping on muddy construction sites. The German imported hydraulic filter offers high filtration precision, while the pressurized oil tank effectively avoids pump cavitation and oil contamination. The spacious full-view cab brings a comfortable and effortless operating experience.

Wear-resistant alloy mixing teeth from Kennametal or Wirtgen are optional for long service life. The whole machine adopts Semperit hydraulic hoses from Austria with advanced precision crimping technology, eliminating oil leakage and hose detachment. Optimized overall system design guarantees superior performance and extended service life. Humanized layout facilitates daily operation and maintenance to improve construction efficiency.

This machine is widely used for mixing lime soil and cement soil base courses, as well as crushing and recycling old asphalt pavements and stabilized layers.
